Enough snooty art galleries already.  ADX (Art Design Portland) is yes, another art gallery but not like the others. In fact, we are far from snooty. See, the others serve discount wine - not us. We serve Portland’s finest vodka at all the shows. That should be enough to get you headed down here, but for some reason “management” wants us to tell you more. ADX hosts monthly displays of contemporary art and design. In addition, we have two furniture shows each year that not only highlight many talented designers, but also provides a forum for discussing design, trade issues and general gossip. Non-furniture art includes drawing, painting, sculpture, and less-traditional media. Our commitment is to show quality contemporary art and product design in a gallery that doesn’t rake artists over the coals - we’ll leave that for the other galleries. Chances are, if you didn’t like our last show, you’ll like our next one… maybe. Did we mention the vodka?
